1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services provided by Mirror AI, Corp. ("Mirror AI," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Reflexible platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mirror AI.
2. Description of Services
Mirror AI provides the Reflexible platform, a safety-critical control layer for Physical AI systems. The platform includes the ReflexScript domain-specific language, compilation and verification tools, and related documentation and APIs. The Services are currently available on an early access basis and are subject to change without notice.
3. Early Access Program
By submitting your email address through our early access form, you are requesting to join our early access program. Acceptance into the program is at our sole discretion. Early access participants may receive pre-release software, documentation, and communications about the Reflexible platform. Early access features are provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality.
4. User Obligations
When using our Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.
Not use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services.
Not use any automated means, including robots, crawlers, or data mining tools, to download data from the Services without our prior written consent.
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services except as permitted by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to the ReflexScript language specification, compiler, verification tools, documentation, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Mirror AI or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
As an early access participant, you may receive confidential information about the Reflexible platform, including unreleased features, technical specifications, and business plans. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MIRROR AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MIRROR AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL MIRROR AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MIRROR AI, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Safety Disclaimer
The Reflexible platform is designed to enhance the safety of Physical AI systems. However, Mirror AI does not guarantee that the use of our platform will prevent all safety incidents. Users are solely responsible for the design, testing, validation, and deployment of their systems. The Reflexible platform should be used as one component of a comprehensive safety strategy and is not a substitute for thorough engineering review, testing, and compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mirror AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Alameda County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
