Reflexible provides a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for developing safety-critical robotics applications using ReflexScript, a domain-specific language designed for verifiable control systems. Our Service includes:

  • ReflexScript development environment and compiler
  • Safety verification and validation tools
  • Simulation and testing capabilities

  • Documentation, support, and training resources

  • Create anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and research purposes
  • Backup and recover your Customer Content for service continuity

6.3 Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems based on your inputs ("Generated Content") is provided to you under a non-exclusive license. You may use Generated Content in accordance with these Terms, but we retain rights to the underlying technology and methodologies.

7. Data Processing and AI Training

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that we may:

  • Process your data and Customer Content to provide and improve the Service
  • Use your data to train and enhance our AI models and algorithms
  • Create anonymized, aggregated datasets for research and development

All data processing activities are conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

8. Service Availability and Support

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFLEXIBLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reflexible and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

11. Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your Customer Content after a reasonable period. You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination.
